Jefferson Giving Day is an annual fundraising event that celebrates the impact of collective generosity across our communities. Our theme — You + Jefferson — highlights how every one of us helps strengthen our community and mission. When we give back, we become a part of something bigger than ourselves, and we all benefit.
Student groups are an essential part of campus life at Jefferson, enriching the college experience and helping students build lifelong friendships. With more than 100 clubs and organizations, including 17 NCAA Division II sports, intramural and recreation teams, performing arts, special interests, community service, Greek life, and more, students have countless options to get involved.
Many student clubs and organizations rely on contributions from generous donors to support day-to-day operations, competitions, and special projects. By making a donation during Jefferson Giving Day, you can show your support and help our student clubs as they compete to win bonus funds. Make your gift to a student group this Jefferson Giving Day!
Registered student organizations and teams at the East Falls campus are invited to compete for bragging rights, glory, and real prize funding this Giving Day. Rally your members, spread the word, and help your organization rise to the top before 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, April 23!
Here's how student groups can win up to $3,000 in bonus funds on Giving Day:

- Win $300 — Student org with the most unique donors
- Win $200 — Student org with the 2nd most unique donors
- Win $300 — Student org with the most dollars raised
- Win $200 — Student org with the 2nd most dollars raised
⚡ Fast Movers
- Win $200 — First student org to reach 20 unique donors
⏱️ Finish Strong
- Win $200 — Student org with most unique donors in the final 6 hours
🎯 Everyone Has a Shot
- Win $100 — Random drawing. Eligible for any student organization that has 5+ unique donors. One winner will be randomly selected Thursday evening, 4/23.
🐏 Scavenger Hunt
- When: April 22–23, all day
- Hunt for four hidden stuffed Ram mascots hidden across the East Falls campus using riddles sent to students by email.
- Each Ram found earns $200 in bonus dollars for the student’s org of choice, and the Ram becomes theirs to keep!
🥇Top Advocates = $250
The top two advocates who bring in the most gifts or the most dollars will each earn an extra $250, for a total of $500 on the line.
