Jefferson Giving Day is an annual fundraising event that celebrates the impact of collective generosity across our communities. Our theme — You + Jefferson — highlights how every one of us helps strengthen our community and mission. When we give back, we become a part of something bigger than ourselves, and we all benefit.
Philanthropist Anna Justina Magee’s vision for a convalescent hospital in the early 1900s planted the seed for what we now know as Jefferson Moss-Magee Rehabilitation Hospital – Center City. Today we are leading the way in innovative rehabilitative techniques and therapies and are considered among the nation’s best.
Through cutting-edge treatments, creatives arts therapies, canine therapy, wheelchair sports programs, and more, patients find hope and healing when they need it most. Aside from outstanding inpatient and outpatient services, Jefferson Moss-Magee Rehabilitation Hospital offers peer mentor programs and support groups for those with brain and spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, and stroke, among other conditions.
